Our panelists include:
- Dave Kerrigan: Dave is the Director of Business Development at the Massachusetts Health Connector, the state’s insurance exchange (or marketplace) for individuals and small businesses to purchase health insurance. A licensed health insurance broker, Dave has over 15 years of healthcare experience ranging from health insurance plans and brokerage, to hospital and home care, to health information technology and informatics. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Health Care Administration from Stonehill College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University.
- Douglas Hall: Doug is a Director of Group Benefits and oversees all aspects of the Client Services Department at The Bulfinch Group. Doug specializes in working with clients on a daily basis to meet their service expectations and provide employee benefit service resolutions. He also interfaces with the carriers on a regular basis on behalf of the client. Doug has over 17 years’ experience in the employee benefits field including 10 years at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
- Ted Maddocks: Ted has over 20 years of product development and client services experience in the managed care and employee benefits industries and is currently the Director of Marketing and Business Development Massachusetts Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives ( MACCE). Ted holds a Masters of Arts degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and is currently based in the Greater Boston area.
